Once the preorder period is over, backorder is possible but with a LONG waiting time.
How to order?
1)Send in only CONFIRMED ORDERS through the form provided at the end of each collection. All forms will only be sent to mummyshop@live.com.sg and your information will be kept strictly confidential.
2)An confirmation slip will be sent to you to confirm your order.
3)Follow instructions and make payment within 48 HOURS! (Priority is given to those who pays first.)
Payment Mode
1)Payment must be made within 48 HOURS upon receiving email, and orders will then be processed AFTER payment.
2)Only POSB/DBS bank transfers are accepted.
3)I-Banking is highly recommended, but ATM transfers are acceptable so long as a snapshot is provided.
4)Strictly no concealed cash/interbank transfer.
5)No meet up.
6)Backing out or failure to complete the deal will result in you being blacklisted at our website.
7)*NOTE: A snapshot of the atm receipt is needed.
Shipping Details
1)All prices includes normal postage unless otherwise stated.
2)To opt for registered postage, pls add an additional amt of $2.50 on top of the price stated.
3)Mummy Shop will not be responsible for any lost items sent via normal mail.
4)All items are packed directly in envelope safely without the plastic bag. (Save the earth!)
Waiting Time
1)All items are custom made, so please understand that there is a waiting time.
2)Waiting time for every item will be specified in the confirmation email.
3)Average waiting time for the item to be completed: 1 week (Mailing out the item takes another 3 days.)
4)Should there be any delay, we will duly notify you.
5)Based on a first come first serve basis.
Terms & Conditions

3)Refunds, or trades will not be entertained.
4)All prices are fixed.
5)All items are based on a first come first serve basis.
6)Exchanges would only be done for the similar piece on a case per case basis if the item is found to be faulty within 7 days.
Mummy Shop reserve the right to reject a transaction/item at our own discreetion.
